Company Need:Identify the most attractive grocery product categories for entry and most attractive brands for potential acquisition within those categories.
Approach: We Do Wellness reviewed 11 categories and 40 sub-categories of grocery products. Our Associates applied a proprietary fact-based ranking system based on trended sales, market share, distribution and other factors across both the natural and traditional (Food, Drug and Mass Merchandiser) grocery channels. We augmented the data with strategic measures that fit the client's goals.
Results:Successfully prioritized and presented the top 10 acquisition candidates to the client.
