Second-Generation Package Redesign for Personal Care Hotel Customers - Europe
Company Need: Identify hotel manager and hotel customer needs and preferences through marketing research as inputs to the development program.
Approach: Working with internal staff, developed ten alternative personal care wall dispenser designs. Researched designs in five key countries.
Results: The research successfully identified the winning dispenser, which then went into development for launch the following calendar year.
